Continuing the partnership with the Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas (Fipe), RenovaBR began, on April 23rd, the Training Government Plans – Preparation and strategy for the 2024 elections.

In order to train RenovaBR leaders who work at different levels of Public Management, the training will dialogue with 118 students pre-candidates for the Executive in their tasks of formulating Government Plans. The first class was taught by the former governor of Espírito Santo and Board Member of the institution, Paulo Hartung. The course is coordinated by political scientist Humberto Dantas. 

The activities will take place online, with topics chosen collectively, based on a survey completed by almost 80 people (survey). The aim was to understand, regarding a set of different themes offered, which were those that seemed most challenging and needed to be strengthened among the participants to formulate their Government Plans. 

It will be held in 10 meetings, two live evaluation panels and eight days of transversal themes with extra content. The course is scheduled to end on May 27th and the chosen students returned in December to participate in face-to-face classes.
