This result comes from students who participated in the 2025 and 2026 cohorts of the Leaders Training program, representing all 27 Brazilian states.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For eight years, we have been working to empower new individuals and boost diverse career paths that can lead to significant decision-making positions across the country \u2013 among the more than 3,600 leaders trained through RenovaBR, over 400 have been elected since 2018, and approximately 386 leaders are currently in office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, the newly formed group joins those other leaders who passed through the school and challenged themselves to different positions in the elections.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprising individuals from all corners of the country, the group reflects Brazil&#039;s regional and social diversity. Of the 209 leaders, 45.5% are women and 54.5% are men. Regarding race and color, 48.3% of the participants self-identify as Black, mixed-race, Indigenous, or Asian. The age range varies between 20 and 65 years, with an average of 39 years, with representatives from all regions of the country \u2013 with the greatest presence in the Southeast (37.8%) and Northeast (28.7%), followed by the South (12.4%), North (11%), and Midwest (10%).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a survey conducted at the end of the training, most participants showed interest in running for legislative positions in the 2026 elections. Among the respondents, 56% intend to run for a seat as a state representative, while 28.2% expressed interest in running for a seat in the Chamber of Deputies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The leaders trained are also distributed across different political parties, highlighting the school&#039;s non-partisan nature. Among the parties with the largest number of participants are Podemos, NOVO, PP, MDB, PSD, PSB, PSDB, Republicanos, PL, and Uni\u00e3o Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPolitical renewal is essential for strengthening Brazilian democracy.
