After approximately three months of training and classroom exchanges, RenovaBR celebrated the conclusion of the Leaders 2026 Training Program in S\u00e3o Paulo from June 12th to 14th. The event, held at AmCham Brazil, brought together 73 students from different regions of the country for the final moments of a journey to develop new leaders, aiming to compete in this year's elections and occupy spaces for transformation in Brazilian politics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed, like other in-person meetings, to connect knowledge, practical experience, and encourage networking, students were able to participate in debates, workshops, and conversations with experts from various fields over three days \u2013 including public management, economics, and political communication, for example \u2013 as well as parliamentarians. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program began with "Moment Among Them," a space dedicated to the female leaders of the class. During a networking lunch, the students shared experiences, challenges, and expectations regarding the electoral race and political activity. The meeting was attended by Acre state representative and RenovaBR leader, Michelle Melo, as well as crisis management specialist Carol Bernardeli, strengthening a support network that extends beyond their academic training. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following that, the institutional opening featured the participation of Marcos Troyjo, International Relations Advisor at FecomercioSP, in a panel discussion on how global transformations\u2014from trade disputes between major powers to the energy transition and technological advancements\u2014directly impact the Brazilian reality and the challenges faced by those working in public life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the weekend, participants delved into essential topics for the exercise of political leadership, such as management and delivery of results, consensus building, campaign organization, crisis management, gender-based political violence, and risk analysis in complex scenarios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the guests were names such as J\u00e9ssika Moreira, Executive Director at the People at the Forefront Movement; Ana Paula Vescovi, director of macroeconomics at Santander Brazil; Creomar de Souza, political analyst; Mafoane Odara, executive of people, culture and transformation; William Hertz, specialist in political communication and CEO of Apis3 Group; Humberto Dantas, political scientist; and Z\u00e9 Gustavo, executive director of the Brazilian Forum of Climatechs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
