The training will take place from March to June and will include in-person meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empowering leaders to meet the challenges of Brazilian politics, RenovaBR reinforces its commitment to transparency, ethics, democratic strengthening, and data-driven, evidence-based politics through yet another training program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program offers future leaders a qualified space for networking, reflection, and learning, strengthening their repertoire for working in politics. During classes, students will be exposed to topics such as campaign planning, digital communication, and the electoral process. Furthermore, individual mentoring and monitoring sessions will be available throughout the course, conducted by professionals with extensive experience in electoral campaigns, recognized for their work in different contests and political contexts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, students will enhance their understanding of the Brazilian electorate as a subject of study for structuring campaigns and public policies, through a class taught by Felipe Nunes, CEO of Quaest Pesquisa, the company responsible for the recently launched research.&nbsp; <em>Brazil in the Mirror.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe year of general elections is a crucial moment for the country&#039;s future decisions. The 2026 elections demand prepared, ethical leaders connected to the real challenges of Brazilian society, capable of dedicatedly addressing security, the fight against corruption, the economy, health, education, and the environment. Political renewal depends on qualified leaders capable of executing a good political project and with close ties to civil society. RenovaBR&#039;s training offers the technical preparation and educational support that this moment demands, strengthening leaders who seek to transform Brazilian politics,\u201d points out Rodrigo Cobra, executive director of RenovaBR.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its creation, the organization has trained more than 3,600 leaders, 440 of whom have been elected. Among the alumni who have gone through RenovaBR and won seats in the National Congress are names like Senator Alessandro Vieira and federal deputies Felipe Rigoni, Jo\u00eania Wapichana, Marcelo Calero, Tabata Amaral, and Luiz Lima, elected in 2018. In 2022, Camila Jara, Daniel Soranz, Gisela Simona, Pedro Aihara, Samuel Viana, Duarte Jr., Beto Pereira were elected, in addition to the re-elected Tabata Amaral and Luiz Lima, and more recently, Lucas Abrahao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Regarding the selection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection process for the training program begins with registration, followed by a review of academic background and experience. The stages also include the submission of a video presentation and interviews.
