The 30 most innovative mayors in Latin America were chosen, recognized for their public management and the positive impact of their local agendas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among these leaders are Elisa Ara\u00fajo, mayor of Uberaba (MG); Kayo Amado, mayor of S\u00e3o Vicente (SP); Adriano Silva, mayor of Joinville (SC) and Lucielle Laurentino, mayor of Bezerros (PE), students trained by RenovaBR.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to learning from international references, they will also share transformative experiences in Brazilian public management with colleagues from across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;More than just recognition, this is a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and seek solutions to the challenges facing all cities,&quot; said Adriano Silva, Mayor of Joinville. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mayor of Bezerros (PE), Lucielle Laurentino, added on her social media that during these days, the different leaders selected by RIL will be able to share the situations experienced in their respective cities, in addition to exchanging views on innovation and artificial intelligence, and the importance of decision-making based on data, evidence and people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;It&#039;s an international meeting where each mayor can share the innovations made in their city, as well as the challenges of their daily lives, so that together with the event organizers, we can find solutions to these problems,&quot; shares Elisa Ara\u00fajo, mayor of Uberaba (MG) on her social media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;It&#039;s a joy to see that our ideas, projects, and achievements have stood out among so many cities in Latin America.
