In the days July 16th and 17th<\/strong>, RenovaBR started the Leaders Training 2025<\/strong> through the Boarding <\/strong>of those selected in the selection process, a meeting that marks the beginning of the journey for the school's new students. The event is a crucial opportunity to introduce the methodology, learning tools, and the network that supports the political education offered by RenovaBR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is RenovaBR Boarding? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Onboarding is the first official stage of Leaders Training and aims to prepare students for the comprehensive experience they will experience over the coming months. This phase provides alignment on the pedagogical proposal and connects participants with the teams that will support them throughout the training process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two-day program brought together over 80 students in total. This diversity of voices and experiences reinforces RenovaBR's mission to develop diverse, ethical political leaders prepared for Brazil's challenges. A total of 109 students were approved for the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session, students learned in detail about the course structure and training methodology, which make the RenovaBR experience unique in the Brazilian political landscape. The approach is based on technical knowledge, skills development, and practical application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the institutional presentation, students were introduced to the learning platform, a central tool for monitoring content, interactions, and assessments. They were also introduced to the Education, Tutoring, and Community teams, responsible for ensuring a complete journey, including academic support and integration between students and the RenovaBR leadership network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next steps for new RenovaBR students<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With the Boarding completed, the Leaders Training 2025<\/strong> The course begins an intense learning phase, which includes classes, practical activities, and exchanges of experiences with experts and political leaders. The course will begin in August, with a master class held in Bras\u00edlia. This is a unique opportunity to develop leaders committed to ethics, knowledge, and a positive impact in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Rodrigo Cobra, Executive Director of RenovaBR, the training is a space to build bridges, learn together, and prepare leaders who will make a difference in Brazil. "Given the diversity of this new class, filled with different perspectives and positions, the new students will find common ground within the RenovaBR classroom, where dialogue and learning to transform the country take place," he states. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
