The deadline for regularization is December 5, guaranteeing the possibility of participation in the 2nd round, scheduled for October 27, where there is voting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The justification can be done digitally, through the application e-Title<\/a>, from the Justify System or by Electoral Self-Service<\/a>, available on the Electoral Court portals. To do so, the voter must attach documents that prove the impossibility of voting, such as tickets, boarding passes or medical certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the voter does not have access to digital resources, the justification can be made in person at any electoral office or at the Voter Service Center, with the same documentation required for electronic means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Voters who were outside Brazil on the day of the first round must also justify their absence by December 5, through e-T\u00edtulo, Electoral Self-Service or by sending the Electoral Justification Request (RJE p\u00f3s-elei\u00e7\u00e3o) to the responsible electoral zone. In addition, there is the option to justify up to 30 days after returning to the country, with documents that prove the reason for the absence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Voters who fail to provide justification or present justifications that are not accepted by the Electoral Court will be subject to a fine and will be prevented from obtaining a certificate of electoral discharge.
