RenovaBR receives award from the Better Politics Foundation.

The award was given to the organization for its innovative model of political education.

During Better Politics Week, held between November 11th and 13th in Berlin, RenovaBR was recognized with the Political Leadership Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 award, granted by the Better Politics Foundation, an international organization dedicated to strengthening political leadership worldwide. The award was presented during the event's opening ceremony and celebrates institutions that develop concrete solutions to renew politics and increase citizens' trust in their representatives.

Better Politics Week brings together leaders, public officials, and organizations from different countries to discuss contemporary political challenges and innovations that can strengthen democratic governance.

 Dedicated to strengthening democracy through the support of ethical leadership, political innovation, and good governance practices, the Better Politics Foundation is an international organization with initiatives that connect institutions, movements, and leaders in different countries, seeking to promote concrete solutions to make politics more transparent, efficient, and citizen-centered.

Among more than one hundred organizations that are part of the Political Leadership Entrepreneurs Network, RenovaBR was recognized for its practice of training and renewing public leaders, standing out as an example of impact and innovation.

“A large part of the Brazilian population does not feel represented by the political class and wants new people, committed to Brazil, to occupy these spaces. The recognition from the Better Politics Foundation shows us how the organization's work has an impact on our country and beyond Brazil's borders, inspiring other initiatives around the world,” he states. According to Rodrigo Cobra, the institution's executive director, the recognition is a result of the consistency and long-term vision of the work carried out since 2017.

Representing RenovaBR at the event, Gabriel Morais and Paul Correa do Lago, Institutional Relations Manager, participated in panels and meetings with international leaders. The delegation also presented the school's training model in a panel dedicated to the development of new political leaders.

Collaboration and democratic innovation on the agenda.

This Wednesday (12) and Thursday (13), the Better Politics Week program continues with the Political Leadership Entrepreneurs Gathering, which will bring together projects, organizations and entrepreneurs from different parts of the world. The meeting allows for the exchange of innovative strategies and experiences. shovelto create political systems better prepared for the future, as well as to strengthen global networks between new generation leaders and agents of change.

On Wednesday afternoon, RenovaBR participated in the panel “Strengthening Democracy in Latin America: Collaborative Networks for Political Change,” alongside the Democracy+ network, of which the organization is a part.

The meeting brought together political training initiatives from various Latin American countries — such as Extituto (Colombia), Recambio (Peru), and +Costa Rica — to share experiences, methodologies, and results that have been strengthening democracies in the region. During the panel, Gabriel presented the work of RenovaBR as the largest political leadership training program in Brazil, highlighting the reach, methodology, and concrete impact of the organization's work in the country.
