The RhinevaBR took an important step in the internationalization of its methodology, providing assistance for the creation of a political training incubator in Costa Rica.

With the aim of promoting new leaders who help renew Costa Rican politics, +Costa Rica will be based on the RenovaBR training model and methodology.

With the support of VélezReyes+, a philanthropic institution, the program will offer comprehensive and free training, with courses focused on skills and competencies essential for citizen representation and the exercise of political management. +Costa Rica intends to qualify candidates from different parties with a view to contesting the municipal election in the country in 2024.

For the institution, RenovaBR offered training on its methodology, which combines technological innovation and practical training, and provided information about its selection process and how it organizes the leadership training course.
