This week, RenovaBR held an online meeting to formalize the onboarding of the Alumni Community, welcoming newly graduated leaders to the organization's leadership network. More than just a welcoming event, the meeting was designed as a space for connection, guidance, and opening pathways for those joining a network that now brings together diverse political and public leaders across the country.
With a network that already includes more than 3,600 leaders spread across all regions of Brazil, the RenovaBR Alumni Community represents the diversity of trajectories and impact that leaders committed to democratic values and good politics are able to generate in positions of power. Present in all regions of the country, with 52% in the Southeast region; 21% in the Northeast; 13% in the South; 7,5% in the North and 6,5% in the Central-West region, the community's reach also extends to different areas of activity – with a focus on the public sector (52,8%), but also with a strong presence in the private sector, the third sector and other areas.
From training to community: a continuous network of learning, connections, and impact.
During the onboarding process, the community team presented what differentiates the initial training, a journey with a defined timeframe, from the RenovaBR Alumni Community, which is continuous and offers access to experiences focused on public and political development, with different formats, products, and levels of engagement – respecting the stage of public life of each leader.
Among the practical examples presented were continuing education initiatives, such as the Digital Security track, developed in partnership with Google, which will take place in the first quarter of the year. The possibilities for accessing professional opportunities, exclusive content, events, tools, and resources that support political action and public management were also detailed.
The alumni experience was illustrated with concrete trajectories, such as that of Adriana Bocaiuva, Sustainability Ambassador in 2025, who shared her participation in working groups, technical missions, and initiatives that connect knowledge, practice, and real impact. Examples like this helped to show how the community deepens relationships, generates transformative experiences, and strengthens collective action.
