This Thursday (2), new leaders being trained by RenovaBR participated in a workshop led by Daniel Luz, from Rede Muda Mundo. The meeting focused on the importance of social mobilization and planning impactful projects, aligned with Brazil Renewal Day, celebrated on October 25.

During the class, students were encouraged to think of viable initiatives that could be put into practice on the date, when leaders from the 2025 Leaders Training and the Alumni RenovaBR community across the country mobilize to carry out social actions in their communities.

Among the points covered were defining clear and measurable goals, developing a simple and objective action plan, identifying key resources (such as people, materials, partnerships and already secured support) and constructing a compelling message capable of engaging volunteers and partners.

For Daniel Luz, the key isn't creating perfect projects, but proposing viable solutions that generate real impact. "The idea is to get off the ground and show that small, well-structured initiatives can transform communities," he emphasized.

With this workshop, students advance their preparation for Brazil Renewal Day, strengthening their ability to mobilize people and bring ideas to life to generate social impact. The day is supported by Transforma Brasil, part of the Muda Mundo Network – one of Brazil's most important social innovation and civic engagement ecosystems.
