On Monday (26), the governor of Paraná, Ratinho Júnior (PSD), appointed Valdemar Jorge as the new Secretary of State for Justice and Citizenship. A lawyer with extensive experience in public administration, Valdemar is a RenovaBR Alumni and has held strategic positions in the state government in other administrations. 

Between 2019 and 2022, he was head of the Planning Secretariat and, more recently, he was head of the Sustainable Development Secretariat. Now, he takes over an equally important portfolio in the Paraná executive branch. 

The appointment reinforces the leading role of leaders trained by RenovaBR in decision-making and public management spaces, contributing with technical preparation and commitment to political transformation.
