During the online event, this Tuesday (17), RenovaBR onboarded more than 370 new alumni to the Alumni Community platform. In total, there were more than 1,500 people graduated in the classes of 2023/2024, preparing a new generation of political leaders. This movement reinforces the organization's commitment to connecting the more than two thousand political leaders who have undergone its training since 2018. The RBR Alumni Community aims to unite leaders from different states, ideologies and academic backgrounds, spread throughout Brazil, but with a common purpose: to renew and make a difference in politics.

Julia Teófilo, from Anápolis (GO), shared her excitement: “It’s very special to be part of this team! Content, vacancies, courses, everything to continue this important training. But what really caught my eye when I accessed the platform was seeing the members and the extent that RenovaBR has throughout Brazil, its plurality and representation. It makes me believe even more that we can build a policy that will really change our country for the better.”

The platform, which had already been working, continues to offer a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting the exchange of experiences and continuous improvement. Cheila Campos, from Itaboraí (RJ), highlighted: “I thought it was great to have continued learning, contacts and participating in this network of opportunities. I was super happy with this idea of a continuation.”

The mission of the RBR Alumni Community is to offer a healthy environment so that more people interested in politics can recognize themselves and promote impactful changes. Joel Maraschin, from Porto Alegre (RS), comments that “The platform is very interesting and has a very cool feel for connectivity and exchange of experiences.” The community's vision is the integration of a qualified network acting with an impact on politics and society.
