RenovaBR successfully completed the training of the 2023/2024 classes, preparing a new generation of political leaders for the 2024 elections. With a rigorous selection process that attracted more than 30 thousand interested parties and received more than 21 thousand applications, the training had, in total, 2,103 new students and welcomed 96 alumni.

Diversity was significantly present in the classes, with 50% women and 53% black, brown and indigenous people. The students come from 25 states and the Federal District, and represent 28 parties, reflecting the scope and diversity of RenovaBR.

In the end, the training resulted in more than 1,500 new qualified leaders, with a completion rate of 71%. Among the graduates, 48% are women and 51% are black, mixed race and indigenous.

Graduates are distributed regionally across Brazil, with 49% in the Southeast, 23% in the Northeast, 13% in the South, 7% in the North and 6% in the Center-West. Additional data reveals that 11% of graduates have already held or are holding elected positions, 40% have already run for office at least once, 61% have declared their intention to run for office in the 2024 elections and 76% are affiliated with a party.

To further strengthen training and networking, RenovaBR held six regional meetings in Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Recife. These events were crucial in promoting the exchange of experiences and the development of political strategies among participants.

The end of the “Elections 2024” training marks a significant moment for RenovaBR. With the preparation of new diverse and qualified leaders, the organization reaffirms its commitment to democracy and development in Brazil. The expectation is that the new leaders formed will make a difference in the 2024 elections, bringing new perspectives and solutions to the country's challenges.
