Whenever we lose hope in politics, more families are left without access to fundamental rights such as health, education, employment, and food.

Today, RenovaBR is Brazil's largest political training course and a world reference. It was to renew hope in politics that, in 2017, we created a school unlike any other. A training school for new political leaders that develops technical and socio-emotional skills and qualifies agents of transformation, such as you, to keep alive in all of us hope in politics.

It is part of our job to select, encourage and prepare leaders capable of transforming scenarios by teaching what good politicians need for this mission: qualified knowledge about our country´s reality based on data and evidence, transparency, and much dialogue with the population and with those who understand the essential issues of politics.

KNOWLEDGE
Our grand mission as a school is to share knowledge, guided by data and evidence. It is a precious asset that needs to be increasingly present in the political debate.
INDEPENDENCE
We are nonpartisan. To remain independent amid the countless actors, agendas, and demands of politics is essential for our work to qualify everyone, regardless of origin and position.
TRANSPARENCY
The truth is a practice that goes beyond speech, and accountability is a duty to society.
DEMOCRACY
We are democrats. We defend dialogue, respect for differences, collectivity, and form political leaders absolutely committed to democracy.
REPRESENTATIVENESS
A democratic society requires the inclusion of everyone in political-institutional and power spaces. We seek different ways to welcome plurality and present it in the changing political scenario.

MEET THE AGENTS OF POLITICAL TRANSFORMATION

Since our first class in 2018, we have trained more than 2,000 political leaders from all backgrounds and positions across Brazil. In the 2018 general elections, 17 former students were elected to the National Congress and Legislative Assemblies positions. In the 2020 municipal elections, more than 150 alumni were elected to the City Halls and City Councils.
